The mission of Water Colorado, LLC is to become THE presence for water transactions across a multitude of buyers of water rights. Using the powerful marketing potential of the Internet, we provide a new channel for the purchase and sale of water.

Our scope of operation spans from providing information and water to developers, farmers, water brokers, real estate agents, and investors--to posting releases for recreational users who want to know water levels, rainfall amounts, and other information.

Joe O’Brien, broker associate and principal of Water Colorado, LLC has over 20 years experience as a leading sales and marketing manager. Mr. O’Brien’s experience includes providing consulting services to sellers and purchasers of water rights; filling water requirements for developers, municipalities and water districts; developing solutions for water storage needs; and working with individual farmers, water brokers, attorneys, appraisers, and investors.

Water Colorado, LLC are not water attorneys or water engineers; however, we have a broad network of contacts which will satisfy your legal and engineering needs.
